We are seeking an experienced, proven Business Development Director to find new business for the Promo Division @ Creality.

A successful Business Development Director is a very driven, dedicated self-starter, who works to discover new opportunities, clients, decision makers, and understand the decision-making processes regarding the Promo vertical. A positive attitude with the ability to work efficiently and independently or as a team is a must.

Qualifications:

  • 3 + successful years in Promo, Print, or Recognition outside sales and new business development
  • A degree in business, marketing, advertising, or related programs is great; however, proven, successful experience in the Promo industry is ideal
  • Direct experience with new business development in promotional logo merchandise, print production, apparel programs, web-based company stores and/or product development is preferred
  • Must have experience communicating with medium and large business contacts
  • Candidate can start prospecting business shortly after joining our team
  • Enjoys working with a team and as an individual, enjoys brainstorming creative ways to reach prospective clients, presenting solutions, and creating success
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Order Management Systems, CRM platforms, experience with social media and ecommerce a plus
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

We Offer:

  • FT position with base salary, plus commission. *Commission only also available
  • Total Average Compensation Range: $65K – $100K+ Annually

We are seeking experienced Account Executives (Sales Executives) to work in tandem with an Account Manager to find and grow business for the Promo Division @ Creality.

Successful Account Executives are driven to find and grow business @ Creality. They are dedicated self-starters who work to fully understand prospective and current clients’ culture, needs, systems, and buying processes. They are excellent, professional communicators with a positive attitude and work efficiently both independently and as a team.

Qualifications:

  • 2 + successful years in Promo, Print, or Recognition outside sales and/or inside sales
  • A degree in business, marketing, advertising, or related programs is great; however, proven, successful experience in the Promo industry is ideal
  • Direct experience with promotional logo merchandise, print production, apparel programs, web-based company stores and/or product development is preferred
  • Must have experience communicating with medium and large business contacts
  • Ideally, candidate can bring a book of business with them, but it’s not mandatory
  • Enjoys working with a team, brainstorming creative ideas, presenting solutions, and creating success
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Order Management Systems, CRM platforms, experience with social media and ecommerce a plus
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

We are seeking experienced Account Managers and Sr. Account Managers to work in tandem with an Account Executive to provide inside sales and order management support for the Promotional Marketing division.

Successful Account Managers are driven to grow an existing book of business and eventually want to become Account Executives (Outside Sales). They are dedicated self-starters who work to fully understand client needs, systems, and processes. They are great communicators with a positive attitude and work efficiently both independently and as a team.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of account management and/or inside promotional product sales experience
  • A degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications or related programs is great, however proven, successful experience is ideal
  • Direct experience with promotional logo merchandise, print production, apparel programs, web-based company stores and/or product development is preferred
  • Must have experience communicating with corporate business contacts
  • Enjoys working with a team, brainstorming creative ideas, presenting solutions, and creating success
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Order Management Systems, CRM platforms, experience with social media and ecommerce a plus
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
